1) After payment, we will process your registration. You will receive the Zoom link via email (not immediately, but within a day).
2) No refunds will be provided if your child misses the session. There will be no recordings provided as well.
3) If your child is unable to attend a registered session, a one-time exchange to another preferred session may be arranged, subject to availability, provided we are informed at least 2 hours before the session begins.
4) We will email you a copy of the exam paper that we will be going through for the session you registered for.
5) Printed copy of the exam paper for the session may be requested 4 days before the session. However, we cannot guarantee it will arrive in time for the session. Please kindly put in the request as early as possible.
6) By proceeding with your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
7) We reserve the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to bookings.
